Enrollment is Easy!

Enrollment Process

Enrolling your child (5-12 yrs) in Kids Club 360 before and after school programs is easy! You can complete much of the enrollment process online. However, we are required to keep some documents on file - we'll need copies of those items. Just follow the steps below to register.

All enrollment steps must be completed at least 48 business hours prior to your child's first day of care. Slots will NOT be reserved and no care will be provided until enrollment is completed (payment for enrollment fee & initial day of service fee and all required documents have been received). If needing transportation for our Eagleside location, you must reach out to D8 transportation 719-382-1335 to set that up prior to your first day of service. If needing transportation for our James Irwin Astrozon location, you must set that up at your school prior to your first day of service. 

1.  Documents

• Universal Signature Form (download from the right)
• Current Photo of Child
• Copy of Child's Birth Certificate
• Copy of Child's Immunization Records
• Colorado Certificate of Immunization (Health Care Provider must        transcribe Child's Immunization Records to this form)

Additional Documents

• Medication Administration Form (if applicable). MUST be signed       by a doctor. Medications, EpiPens, and inhalers must be turned       into the Central Office or Site Director prior to the first day of           care.

• Asthma Care Plan
• For seizures, must get plan from your doctor.
• Guardianship Documentation (if applicable)
• Discount Documentation (if applicable)

2. Register on the Parent Portal 

Click the button below to go to our Parent Portal.

• Set up your account and add EACH child using the Parent                      Portal Enrollment Tutorial.
• Pay the Registration Fee (Single or Family) via the "Enroll" tab.
• Enroll EACH Child Into a Service via the "Enroll" tab (Must pay the          Initial Service Fee for one day).
• You will receive a payment confirmation email.
• You will receive another email that verifies your service                          enrollment and details your payment schedule.

Payments for the Registration Fee and the Initial Service Fee are non-refundable.

3. Complete Documents 

Submit completed documents by:

• Uploading through Parent Portal (How To Upload Docs)
• Email to registration@bgcppr.org
• Fax to (719)-570-7079 
• In person by appointment only at our admin Central Office                    located at 1307 Aeroplaza Dr. Colorado Springs, CO 80916.
